ALL THE SHADES OF GREY...............................................................................
Oh Lord. Before I can talk about "Wishin' and Hopin'" I've got
to get the fact that the promo for next week's episode - "Walk on
Water" - looked AWESOME. SO FREAKING GOOD. Like, next Thursday
needs to be here pronto or I
will die. Die. Die. Die. Lordy Lordy Lordy. I'm so freakin excited.
Seriously!
Whew. OK! Now that that's out of the way, I can talk about tonight's
amazing episode, Wishin' and Hopin'.
This episode was written by the writers of hour one of last season's
finale (226 Deterioration of the Fight or Flight Response), so I had
great expectations for it. And this episode met them. OK, yah, the fact
that the whole freakin free clinic was built in a matter of 8 days bugs
me, but I just use the fact that Izzie had 8 - almost 9 - million
dollars to justify it. Whatever. I can get past it. I love that George
got married. "Callie O'Malley." LOL, that was a great comment
from Alex. Although, I am worried for their marriage. Why? Because
Callie can get offended at the littlest things, but, thankfully, since
George seems to be standing up for her now, that shouldn't be a problem.
Also, it was awesome to see a lucid Ellis. Ellis lucis. So cool. We got
to learn about some of Mer's past. It seems as though she didn't really
want to be a doctor (although Thank God she is), and her and Ellis got
into a fight. We also got to see how two-faced Ellis is/was. We've never
really seen that before. Gave us more insight into what she was like as
a mother. And WTF was up with us not seeing how Derek is? I mean, he's
obviously going to be OK, but we got to see everyone (including a naked
Addison & Mark! Which seemed random, and I think she was imagining
Alex, and that was just so stupid of her...), but Derek. And I swear, if
Mark becomes Cheif, I will yell and scream and throw things at my TV
because the writers are stupid. That will be their stupidest mistake ever.
Seriously! *crosses fingers in hopes of Mark not being Cheif* There were
just too many things that happened tonight...it was an amazing episode
and Ellen Pompeo definitley deserves an Emmy WIN for her performance
tonight. It was out of the ball park. All in all, Wishin'
and Hopin' rocked, and I am SO pumped for Walk
on Water that I may go crazy waiting for it...

Another one. Yet another Grey's Anatomy episode that
made me cry, laugh, smile, yell, and every other emotion or action one
could possibly think of. I mean seriously! Shonda never lets us down.
I loved everything about this episode and other things left me
wondering why? Like why did Derek turn into an ass and yell at
Meredith for no reason...again! Why was he in "mean jerk"
mode, and why was there only one Meredith Derek scene? I know MerBear™...pssh
yeah I just trademarked that...was going through a lot with her mom
and all, but seriously Derek should have been there, he needed to be
there! His girlfriend was going through an extremely tough time and he
was off getting poisoned and yelling at her for no reason. Even when
he admited last week that he was a jerk, and if he knew this then why
be one AGAIN?! Man he makes me mad sometimes, but I still can't help
but not love him. And Ellis, seriously that lady is the DEVIL! I don't
like her one bit, what she said to Meredith...not cool. I wanted to
jump in my TV and slap her then hug Mer. It was so sad and crying
moment numero uno. Crying moment number two was when the teenage no
wait eleven year old girl came into the "Denny Duquette Memorial
Clinic" and needed help with the feminine product. But that
didn't make me cry it was when Bailey told her what would happen if
she kept doing what she was doing, and yeah it got a little personal
when I heard "cervical cancer" and yeah I cried, and now I
am spilling my heart out here so shutting up before I tell you guys my
address. Whew! I was so breathless last night. When Callie Torres
became Callie O'Malley :D and then when Cristina said yes *yay* and
finally Maddison reunited. I freakin' loved it. It's just the way
things were meant to be, and how Izzie and Alex were too. Seriously
though Addison has lost all of my respect and I don't like her
anymore. She's just ew. She's the new filthy word I can't say but
starts with a "w" and ends with a "hore" : haha I
make myself laugh. Okay moving on first let me begin with oh my where
to begin? THE TOXIC LADY! yup she was pretty toxic and um...yeah I
liked the story line there, very interesting. Now on to the good
stuff, Cristina said yes! YAY! Now Burke must stay. I demand it :D Oh
and George sticking up for his wifey so cute! I loved it. Izzie not so
much. She was rude and mean and I know she was just worried for her
person but seriously Iz, it's going to be okay. Unlike Addison when
she realizes that she slept with Mark...again. After she aborted the
guy's baby she sleeps with him A FREAKIN' GAIN! Grr Addie Grr! Now let
me move on before I let my anger towards Addison get out of hand haha.
The Promo: The promo this week deserves its own little paragraph. Why
you might ask? Um hello?! Did you see it? Wow. Amazing. AH! It's going
to be a one for the books. Not the promo, the episode. Oh man...just
one week. Say it with me. O N E W E E K. Too long if you ask me, but
it's the way things are. GRR! So yeah next week TV better watch out.
So that is all for this week, just my thoughts on this wonderful
episode of Grey's Anatomy, but seriously when are they not? Thanks for
reading and until next week...if I'm still alive after watching
"The Episode of The Year"...with much love :] Druggie.
