This was an amazing episode. I loved all of the George and Izzie sex. That we finally got to see some. After, like, six months of waiting for some. It's disappointing, although entertaining, to see that they are having problems in that department. I've said it before and I'll say it again: I love this couple, and I'm hoping they stay together! Actually, on a whole, this episode was just hilarious. I loved every moment of it! I love how Mark likened Richard and Derek's relationship to that of lovers and that Mark is crushing on Erica (who I'm thrilled has joined the cast). I must honestly say that I'm glad that Callie was fired and Bailey was promoted...finally, Richard does the right thing (although, it doesn't really make sense at the moment why Shonda would waste that time). I loved that Cristina painted that wall red (a "happy color, like blood" LOL), and, of course, it's really...what's the word? Interesting? to see Thatcher back...and that he's still a drunk. I'm really interested in seeing where that goes next week...I've always found the Thatcher storylines very intriguing, even though I find Thatcher annoying.

However, I though it was an amazing episode...almost better than last week, but not quite. Grey's is definitely getting better and back to it's funnier roots, and I can't wait to see what happens next!
